When we live allowing the past to dictate the future we neglect the present moment and the ability for change. My focus as a therapist is to learn from the past insofar as informs the present day, which will make for a brighter future. My goal as a clinician is to help bring my clients clarity so that they can better manage their stressors, relationships, and create new perspectives. I use an eclectic approach of therapy with my clients as each person is different and requires a form therapy suited for who they are. My aim and hope is to be able to empower you to feel safe in order to help facilitate your growth and continued emotional regulation.

I work with individuals who are struggling with mood and anxiety disorders, either precipitated by perinatal mental health stress and daily life stressors. Such clients would be receptive towards homework assignments, self reflection, and questioning patterns in their life that keep them viciously entangled in their symptoms.

I have over 5 years of clinical experience working in both outpatient and private settings. I have extensive training in OCD, ERP ( Exposure response prevention), I-CBT (Inference-based Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) and play therapy. Additionally, I am most recently certified in perinatal mental health counseling and am apart of the PSA community.

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, self-criticism, transitions in life, or maintaining healthy and meaningful relationships? I have a deep respect for those that enter therapy with the goals of getting to know themselves better and love themselves fuller. We will partner together toward alleviating your symptoms, while exploring, identifying, and developing an understanding of the driving force behind them in an unconditionally safe and open environment. Together we will lay the foundation for true healing, letting go and continuing forward.

If you are feeling ready to start a deep working relationship with a therapist, a journey of understanding yourself better and gaining insight into why you think, feel, and behave in certain ways, I would be humbled to be a part of that process.

I’m here to support you in working through the challenges you’re facing by exploring how the past shapes your present. I approach therapy as an integrative therapist, though I often lean on my psychodynamic training, adjusting my methods to meet your specific needs.

I have a deep interest in how our childhood experiences and relationships affect our mental health, sometimes creating patterns that keep us feeling stuck. I believe that by looking honestly at these early influences, we can learn to manage—and even release—the issues that hold us back the most.

I see every struggle as having a root cause, and I view my role as helping you uncover what lies beneath the surface. Together, we’ll shine a light on what’s hidden, work through what we find, and help you move forward with greater freedom and resilience. My goal is to give you the tools and insight needed to foster real healing and growth.
